As a Master of Self-Remembering Melynda's focus is at the Soul Level. Transformation and healing are facilitated through the use of energetics, intuition and humor. She is known for her sacred work in energy medicine that combines Reiki stone therapeutics, drumming and tone vibration, Medicine Wheel, aromatherapy/herbs and medical intuition. Chakra balancing and mapping is complemented by Carol Ritberger's Personality Color Indicator (PCI).

Melynda is on the faculty of the Ritberger Institute. She taught Aromatherapy and Chakra Work at Healing Arts Institute School of Massage in Citrus Heights from 1996 - 2007. She has been a guest teacher at Fair Oaks Massage School and served on the Board of Directors for Healing Hands Healing Hearts, a non-profit corporation in Sacramento serving the terminally, chronically and critically ill population. Melynda holds certifications in Reiki, Karuna Reiki, LaStone Reiki, Reiki Drumming, Therapeutic Touch, Aromatherapy and Clinical Herbalism. She is continuing her work and studies in Curanderismo and Shamanism. She complements her energy work with a background in critical care nursing, cardiac rehab and is on the faculty at Western Career College Registered Nursing Program.

Reiki levels I, II & III focus on advanced energy modalities that are combined with LaStone Therapy™, aromatherapy and Native American practices. Private sessions and group classes are available in Roseville, Grass Valley and Nevada City.

Medicine Wheel and "Seven Stones to Reiki" classes are taught in a retreat setting at Harmony Ridge Lodge in the foothills of Nevada City.

Melynda is also available for speaking engagements and presentations to Health Care Professionals, Practitioners, Fellowship Groups and Students.
